DOCUMENTS FOR MARRIAGE IN RUSSIA
In order to prepare necessary set of documents for marriage registration in Russia you may visit our office personally or send us the following:
- Copy of the main page of your passport
- Certificate of Non-Impediment to Marriage Abroad. (If you do not have one, we can obtain it for you for an extra fee)
- Divorce Certificate (if you have been previously married and divorced
Processing period: 2 weeks.
Fee per set of documents: CAD836
If you require your future spouse to file an application for a Russian marriage certificate on your behalf before your arrival, you also need legalized and translated Power of Attorney for the request to be processed on your behalf (CAD239 extra if done together with the above set of core documents).

Note:
It is recommended to inquire with the particular Registrar office in Russia – ZAGS, about the exact list of documents this office will be asking you to present for getting married in Russia simply because the documents on the list may vary.

Если Вы планируете регистрировать брак на территории Российской Федерации, то Вам необходимо проделать определённую предварительную работу по подготовке следующих документов, которые должны быть легализованы и переведены на русский язык:
- Письмо о том, что Вы не состоите и не состояли в браке (если таковое отсутствует, мы можем оформить его для Вас);
- Копия главной страницы Вашего канадского или иного (не российского) паспорта;
- Свидетельство о разводе (если ранее Вы состояли в браке, заключённом в Канаде);
Срок оформления: 2 недели
Стоимость: 836 кан. долл.
В случае, если Ваша невеста/жених будет подавать заявку на регистрацию брака в Ваше отсутствие, тогда Вам необходимо оформить и легализовать соответствующую доверенность (239 долл., если оформляется вместе с другими документами)
Если Вам нужна виза в Россию, Вы можете ее заказать в визовом центре.
Во избежании всяческих неожиданностей, мы рекомендуем обратиться в тот ЗАГС, который будет осуществлять регистрацию Вашего брака, на предмет точного списка требуемых им документов
